Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV) diagnostic criteria for depressive disorders without psychotic symptoms; (2) Age 13-19 years and no gender limitation; (3) Score =1 on the Adolescent Self-Harm Questionnaire; (4) Patients and their legal guardians agreed to participate in this study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Rule out co-morbid other mental illnesses; (2) Exclusion of concomitant serious physical illnesses, such as serious respiratory, cardiovascular, endocrine and hematologic diseases; (3) Excluding suicidal behaviors (obvious suicidal behaviors such as jumping off buildings, swallowing large doses of drugs, and self-injury with the purpose of death); (4) Exclude patients who have ever received acceptance commitment therapy.
