18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18~65 years old; ASA1-3 level; 2. Patients undergoing endoscopic resection of nasohypophysial tumors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction. 2. Obese BMI greater than 32.5. 3. People who are allergic to research drugs. 4. It is not expected that the tracheal catheter can be removed after surgery.

Awakening quality during the awakening period: awakening time, extubation time, modified Aldrete score, occurrence during the awakening period;

Postoperative delirium: CAM-ICU scale score on day 1 and 3 after surgery;Perioperative neurocognitive impairment: MMSE and MoCA scale scores on the 1st and 3rd day after surgery;Postoperative rehabilitation: QoR-40 score on the 1st and 3rd day after surgery;Intraoperative knowledge: Improved Brice questionnaire on day 1 after surgery;
