Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Live infants with gestational age = 32 weeks and transferred to NICU within half an hour after birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe skin damage, congenital malformations, and chromosomal abnormalities; Premature mother's prenatal fever, placental abruptionut ,uterine rupture, and eclampsia; After transferring to NICU, mild hypothermia treatment or abandonment of treatment is required.
