Interventions

Stimulus frequency: intermittent wave 2Hz/100Hz
Current intensity: varies from 1mA to a maximum of 10mA depending on the patients tolerance level, with a needle retention of 30 minutes.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet the following 5 criteria can be included in this study: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine mentioned above; (2) Those who have stably accepted the existing hypoglycemic regimen for more than 6 weeks, but have not yet met the blood glucose control standards, and meet the following conditions:7% = HbA1c = 8.5%, and fasting blood glucose (FBG) = 10.0mmol/L; (3) 35 years old = Age = 85 years old, no gender limit; (4) Clear awareness, no motor or cognitive impairments, able to communicate normally, possessing independent judgment, willing to cooperate with treatment Plan and those who have completed normal follow-up; (5) Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who meet any of the following criteria should be excluded from this study: (1) Those who have adjusted their hypoglycemic treatment plan within the past 6 weeks; (2) Patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, hypertensive heart disease, pulmonary heart disease, heart failure and other heart diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, immune system diseases, chronic diseases in acute attack, infectious diseases, and metal implants in the body; (3) Acute metabolic disorder such as diabetes ketoacidosis and severe infection in the last month; (4) Individuals with concomitant tumor diseases who have received radiotherapy and chemotherapy within the past six months; (5) Pregnant and lactating women; (6) Individuals with concomitant mental illness or mental abnormalities, language communication disorders, and lack of autonomous behavior ability; (7) Individuals who have received any treatment for sarcopenia within the first three months prior to the start of the study; (8) Patients with hearing impairment; (9) Those who do not cooperate with researchers to complete follow-up; (10) Researchers who have participated or are currently participating in other projects within the past six months.
