Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients diagnosed with lung cancer 2.scheduled for elective video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients who underwent total pneumonectomy, sleeve resection or a simultaneous resection of more than two lobes, 2.patients undergoing secondary thoracic surgery 3.patients with VATS converted to thoracotomy 4.patients with benign pathology 5.patients with small cell lung cancer 6.patients without postoperative blood gas analysis 7.patients with incomplete records
