Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children and adolescents aged 6-17, regardless of gender 2. Body mass index (BMI) meets the obesity criteria for this age group 3. The guardian shall sign an informed consent form in accordance with regulations and be able to accept the patient's treatment method.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non alcoholic fatty liver and other digestive system diseases, as well as obesity related symptoms such as insulin resistance 2. Significant dietary adjustments or extreme eating habits in the past 3 months 3. And those who have been taking antibiotics or probiotic preparations for a long time in the past 3 months
