Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The diagnosis of patients is in line with the 2018 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure in China; (2) Hospital blood sodium is <135 mmol/L; (3) No mental illness and cognitive impairment, and can better express the feelings and experience during the illness; (4) Ability to use smartphones independently; (5) Glomerular filtration rate is in normal circumference; (6) Patients volunteered to participate in the study with signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Refractory end-stage heart failure; (2) Heart failure combined with other systemic severe diseases
