Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All participants are students specializing in combat; (2) At least 3 years of combat experience; (3) The subjects voluntarily joined the study, signed informed consent, had good compliance, and cooperated with follow-up intervention. (4) Have plyometrics training experience and squat 1RM is greater than or equal to 1.5 times body weight.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Women; (2) Have a history of major injuries; (3) Squat 1RM less than 1.5 times your body weight.
