18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-65 years old, (2) Body mass index (BMI) < 28kg/?, (3) Acceptable for gastrointestinal endoscopy (4) United States Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who are allergic to benzodiazepines (2) Those who use analgesics and benzodiazepines for a long time (3) Those who have a history of major heart, lung, liver or kidney diseases and patients with myasthenia gravis (4) Those who have schizophrenia or severe depression (5) Those who have long-term alcohol or drug abuse (6) Those who have a history of difficult tracheal intubation (7) Pregnant women
