Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass (including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair or replacement, or repair of congenital heart malformation, large vessel, aortic disease); 2. Patients who underwent surgery between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2023; 3. Standard-of-care patients with or without ulinastatin

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe subarachnoid hemorrhage; 2. Patients with multiple extracorporeal circulation operations; 3.Incomplete records (missing information on patient ID, age, sex, and diagnosis).
