Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) A score of 5 or higher on the IGD-SF scale; 2) A total score of 27 or higher on the IGD scale using a 5-point Likert scoring system; 3) Weekend gaming duration of 4 hours or more per day, or a cumulative weekend gaming time exceeding 8 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Current use of psychotropic medications or the presence of other substance addictions (excluding nicotine dependence); 2) Major depressive episodes; 3) Bipolar disorder; 4) Psychotic disorders; 5) Neurological diseases or injuries; 6) Intellectual disability.
