Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No regular physical exercise, good physical condition, and no bad habits. Please refer to the informed consent form provided by the approver. Responsible individuals can actively cooperate and carry out experiments until the end

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cardiovascular disease and hypertension. Recently, there have been sports injuries. Individuals with severe cognitive, communication, emotional disorders, irritability, and other difficulties in cooperation. We are currently conducting other intervention experiments.
