Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: I. Symptoms of lumbar instability: symptoms of lumbohip pain and nerve damage associated with lumbar movement (flexion, lateral flexion, rotation) or position change, including sudden limited movement, "unstable locking" of the lower back, which can be relieved by rest or brace braking; The pain showed no obvious signs of nerve localization or transient signs of nerve entrapment. Ii. Radiographs of the lumbar spine were routinely taken in the anterolateral position, but not in the hyperextension-hyperflexion position. ?. Excluded lumbar spondylolisthesis, structural scoliosis, severe osteoporosis, old fracture and history of lumbar surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?. Those who do not meet the above standards; ?.Patients with a history of spinal surgery; ?. Patients with spinal tumors, tuberculosis and other history; ?. Complicated with more serious cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other primary diseases; V. Pregnant and lactating patients; ?.Refuse to participate in the survey, or have mental disorders or behavioral disorders, unable to cooperate with the investigators.
