Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects included healthy control group, NSSI non-addicted group, and NSSI addicted group. 1. NSSI non-addiction group (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for NSSI in DSM-V (2) No NSSI addictive characteristics (in the addiction subscale of Ottawa Self-harm Questionnaire, the number of items with a score = 3 is < 3) (3) Age 14-18 years old (4) Understand and be able to sign the informed consent form, and be able to comply with the research arrangement (5) Be able to understand the contents of the questionnaire and cooperate in completing all assessments. 2. NSSI addiction group (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for NSSI in DSM-V (2) Have NSSI addictive characteristics (the number of items with scores = 3 in the addiction subscale of Ottawa Self-harm Questionnaire is = 3) (3) Age 14-18 years old (4) Understand and be able to sign the informed consent form, and be able to comply with the research arrangement (5) Be able to understand the contents of the questionnaire and cooperate in completing all assessments. 3 Healthy controls: The recruited healthy adolescents were required to match the sex and age with the other two groups. (1) Age 14-18 years old (2) Understand and be able to sign the informed consent form, and be able to comply with the research arrangement (3) Be able to understand the contents of the questionnaire and cooperate in completing all assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The subjects included healthy control group, NSSI non-addicted group, and NSSI addicted group. 1. NSSI non-addiction group (1) Mini interview excludes common mental disorders, personality disorders and mental retardation in axis I (2) Those who have taken oral intestinal microecological preparations, antibiotics, antipsychotics, laxatives, antidiarrheal drugs or weight loss drugs in the last month have used long-acting antipsychotics in the last month; (3) Infections of respiratory tract, digestive tract, urinary tract and other parts in the past month, combined with severe heart, liver, lung, kidney, blood, endocrine, nervous system diseases, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors and digestive tract operating room, etc.; (4) Patients with irritable bowel syndrome and obesity (body mass index BMI > 28) (5) Strictly vegetarian, vegetarian, severe partial eclipse (6) Current or past substance or drug dependence or abuse (7) All previous self-injury behaviors were aimed at suicide (8) Other researchers think that they are not suitable for enrollment in this experiment, such as pregnancy, the presence of metals in the body, etc. 2.
