Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, aged 40-75 years, living in Beijing for at least 5 years, normal diet, stable weight and blood sugar (no drug changes) for nearly 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Not adapted to whole grain foods; 2) Use insulins for treatment; 3) Use of antibiotics, probiotics, or prebiotics within the past 3 months 4) Pregnant and lactating women; 5) Smoking and drinking regularly; 6) History of bariatric surgery, digestive tract disease or infectious disease; 7) Patients with heart, liver, kidney and other major organ complications, or with other serious diseases, mental patients, taking glucocorticoids or other drugs that affect blood sugar;
