Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged =65 years old, no gender limitation 2.elective surgery 3.ASA ?-? 4.BMI 18.0-30.0 kg / m2 5. Clearly understand and voluntarily participate in the study, and sign an informed consent form by themselves

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Serious systemic diseases 2.Oropharyngeal infection, tumor, etc 3.A history of gastroesophageal reflux 4.Difficult airway with mouth opening less than 2.5cm (Mallampati classification 4) 5.Patients with airway hyperresponsiveness disease
