Interventions

Intervention :Routine care + aromatherapy inhalation group. The inhalation method of simple oil - pure calamus essential oil was adopted. Refer to the recommendations of international aromatherapists:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The disease condition is stable and in line with the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia and Cognitive Impairment (5) : Diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis and treatment of mild cognitive impairment: a. Memory decline reported by patients or informed individuals, or cognitive impairment identified by experienced clinicians; b. Objective evidence of impairment in one or more cognitive functional domains (from cognitive tests); c. Complex instrumental daily functioning may be slightly impaired, but the ability to maintain independent daily functioning; d. A diagnosis of dementia has not yet been reached. No serious physical or mental illness, good communication and cooperation ability. ? Volunteer to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Can not cooperate with the examination of cognitive function, such as vision, hearing, language communication serious disabilities. ? Rapid cognitive decline occurring over several weeks or months. ? People with olfactory dysfunction or allergic to essential oils. ? Severe respiratory diseases.
