Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Corneal endothelial cell images taken from patients diagnosed with corneal endothelial dysfunction, macrovesicular keratopathy, Fuchs' corneal endothelial dystrophy, and conical cornea in the outpatient clinic were selected, as well as images of corneal endothelial cells in the above patients after penetrating keratotransplantation. Corneal endothelial cell images were also collected from the normal population.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Images of corneal endothelial cells from other diseases; 2. Poor quality images caused by halo, defocus, and darkness are excluded due to difficulty in image recognition.
