Interventions

Experimental group:The interview was conducted once a month for 30min-60min. The interview process was to determine problems, express emotions, set goals, make plans and evaluate effects
Six sessions a month, including health awareness, feeding behaviors, parenting styles, physical activity, and screen time adjustment
Establish a wechat communication group and communicate at any time.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for children: (1) Complete diagnosis of ALL (the diagnostic criteria and treatment process of ALL are in accordance with the 2014 pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia diagnosis and treatment recommendations (the fourth revised draft)); (2) The children were in the maintenance treatment period 0-18 months; (3) Ages 3-11 at the time of registration; Parental inclusion criteria: (1) Parents who live with and take care of the child; (2) Parents use the Internet or mobile phones; (3) Age 20 or above (mother), age 22 or above (father);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for children: (1) Recurrence of cancer in children; (2) has Down syndrome or intellectual disability; (3) are participating in other lifestyle intervention programs; (4) Children with chronic diseases affecting energy balance, complicated with other serious complications, serious mental or physical diseases; Parent exclusion criteria: (1) Parents with communication and understanding difficulties; (2) Parents with other serious mental or physical diseases; (3) Parents of other sick children in the household; (4) There have been other major negative events in the family recently; (5) Incomplete data collection;
