Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) score > 24 points 2. The patient is over 60 years old 3. Patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia..

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of severe neurological or mental illness 2. Patients with a history of sedation or antidepressants 3. Patients with severe audiovisual impairment impact assessment 4. Patients diagnosed with delirium pre-operatively by Confidence Assessment Measure(CAM) 5. Head and neck surgery patients 6. Emergency operation patient 7. Patients with ASA=5
