Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years old (including 18 and 75); 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes mellitus; 3. Glucose =11.1mmol/L 2h after any meal throughout the day; 4. Patients with typical symptoms of diabetes mellitus with hyperphagia (VAS score = 7); 5. Those who take oral metformin hydrochloride tablets for glycemic control; 6.Those who have a regular diet with three meals a day; 7.Those who signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Rule out type 1 diabetes or stress hyperglycemia due to infections, hormone use, etc. 2. Those who have taken other appetite suppressants within 4 weeks; 3. Those who have taken other appetite suppressants within 4 weeks; 4. Serious diabetic complications affecting the assessment of the efficacy of treatment; 5. Those with hyperphagia due to other disease factors; 6. Those with serious cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, cerebral and hematopoietic diseases, and those with mental illness. 7. People with contraindications to transcranial magnetic therapy, such as cardiac pacemakers, intracranial metal objects, and so on; 8. Those who control blood glucose in a way other than taking oral metformin hydrochloride tablets: 9. Those who do not have typical hyperphagia symptoms of diabetes mellitus (VAS score <7); 10. Those who do not accept this experiment.
