Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All patients met the diagnostic criteria for stroke formulated by the 4th National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases; All patients were diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction by CT or MRI. 2) Age 18-80 years old, gender unlimited; 3) hemiplegia or quadriplegia; 4) MMT of quadriceps, gluteus maximus and triceps crus is greater than grade 3; 5) MMSE is greater than or equal to 24 points; 6) Berg Balance Scale 21-40 points; 7) Patients or family members give informed consent and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria; 2) The presence of other neurological diseases other than stroke; 3) MMSE scale < 24 points; 4) Suffering from auditory induced epilepsy; 5) Combined with vital organ dysfunction or other serious physical diseases; 6) There are mental disorders; 7) Refuse to participate in the experiment or sign the informed consent;
