Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age = 18 years old 2)Modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score of 0-1 before stroke 3)Acute ischemic anterior circulation stroke, and onset within 72 hours 4)CT and/or MR confirmation of ischemic stroke.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Intracranial hemorrhage 2)Severe limb infection that has not been effectively controlled 3)Recent deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities 4)Large area of ulcerative rash 5)Bleeding tendency, malignant tumor, and psychiatric illness are not eligible 6)Severe aortic calcification, aneurysm, and poor blood pressure control 7)The researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
