Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, aged 18-65 years. 2. 28kg/m^2= Body mass index (BMI)=30kg/m^2; Male waist >90cm, female waist >85cm. 3. No antibiotics, anti-obesity drugs, probiotics or related preparations were used 1 month before enrollment. 4. No history of chronic gastrointestinal disease. 5. Agree to participate in the study and sign a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant within the first six months. 2. Liver function complete: alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase normal value of 2 times or more. 3. Renal insufficiency: glomerular filtration rate <90ml/min/1.72m^2. 4. Hypertension with blood pressure higher than 160/100 mmHg after treatment with 2 or more antihypertensive drugs. 5. Cardiac insufficiency; 6. Suffering from anemia or other blood diseases. 7. Diabetic patients.
