Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes by a physician, having had diabetes for at least one year. 2.Aged 60 to 80 years. 3.Able to communicate in Mandarin or Taiwanese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1.History of neurological or psychiatric disorders, such as stroke, brain injury, dementia, Parkinson's disease, and depression. 2.History of myocardial infarction, heart failure, or cardiomyopathy within the past six months. Diagnosed with cognitive impairment by a physician. 3.Limited mobility or difficulty walking (e.g., musculoskeletal issues or vision impairment). 4.Already engaged in regular exercise (moderate intensity exercise at least 5 times a week for 30 minutes or more each session). 5.Living alone.
