Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy Controls (HC): Individuals with no history of severe illness and who are deemed healthy following a medical examination. 2. Infected Patients (Patient): Individuals currently suffering from a prevalent infectious disease or those who have recovered from such a condition.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of significant diseases such as cancer; 2. Severe mental disorders that hinder the ability to fully cooperate with and complete all tests; 3. Immunosuppression, including long-term use of steroids and immunosuppressive drugs, undergoing organ transplantation, or concurrent HIV infection, leading to negative T-cell immune responses.
