18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-85 years old, male or female. 2) Unilateral vocal cord paralysis or injury, poor glottal closure. 3) The course of the disease is greater than one month. 4) At least two GRBAS scores of 2 or above. 5)Subjects read and fully understand the study instructions and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who are engaged in over-pronunciation occupations and cannot get out of it. 2) Patients with abnormal function of vital organs, such as heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys. 3) Pregnant or lactating women, or those who plan to give birth in the near future. 4) Those who have a history of allergies to a variety of drugs. 5) Those who are unable to follow up or cooperate for a long time. 6) Those who have participated in other clinical trials within the last 3 months. 7) Those with progressive severe disease. 8)Alcoholics or drug addicts. 9) Those who cannot follow the clinical trial protocol due to severe mental disorder or language disorder. 10) There are factors that damage the voice in life and cannot be avoided. 11)There are any conditions in the study that are considered inappropriate for enrollment.
