Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Mothers: ? between 6 and 48 weeks postpartum; ? age =18 years old; ? undergraduate degree or above. 2. Midwives: ? Undergraduate degree or above; ? Intermediate or above; ? Obstetrics related work experience = 5 years; ? Informed consent and voluntary participation in the interview.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mothers: (1) those who have had or potential medical disputes; (2) those with cognitive and communication disorders. 2. Midwives: those who are in training or on leave.
