Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with end-stage renal disease, regular hemodialysis for more than 3 months, dialysis at least 3 times a week; (2) Outpatient treatment; (3) Those who are 18 to 80 years old, have a clear consciousness, can communicate with each other in language, and currently exercise irregularly; (4) The patient's condition is stable, and according to the cardiac function classification of new york Heart Association (NYHA), he is willing to participate in this research topic and can cooperate with the patients who have completed the exercise training.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) According to the joint position statement of American Heart Association/American College of Sports Medicine, there are the following unstable cardiac functions: a. Unstable ischemia; B. unexplained heart failure; C. uncontrollable arrhythmia; D. severe and symptomatic aortic stenosis; E. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy or cardiomyopathy caused by recent myocarditis; F. severe pulmonary hypertension; G or other conditions that may be aggravated by exercise, such as resting systolic blood pressure > 200mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa) or resting diastolic blood pressure > 110mmHg;; Active or suspected myocarditis or pericarditis; Suspected or known dissecting aneurysm; Thrombophlebitis and recent systemic thrombosis or pulmonary embolism; H. symptomatic hypertension or hypotension; (2) There are symptoms and signs of deep vein thrombosis; (3) The blood sugar of diabetic patients is higher than 16.7mmol/L and the patients have ketosis, dehydration or feeling unwell; (4) infection or fever; (5) severe mental disorders; (6) pregnancy.
