Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA grade ? - ?; (2) There is no limit on gender, and the age is between 14 and 65 years old; (3) Estimated operation time > 3 hours; (4) Preoperative serum triglyceride = 1.70mmol/l, cholesterol = 5.20mmol/l.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients scheduled for hepatobiliary pancreatic surgery; (2) Preoperative use of drugs that affect blood lipids; (3) Preoperative abnormal liver function (alt>40u/l, ast>40u/l) or use of drugs that damage liver enzymes; (4) Preoperative history of pancreatitis; (5) Have a history of drug abuse or long-term drinking; (6) Serious mental illness; (7) Patients with intraoperative blood loss>20% of total blood volume or massive blood transfusion; (8) Body mass index (BMI)29kg/m2.
