Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with circulatory failure (one of the following can be satisfied: (1) map 2mmol/l and urine output < 0.5ml/kg · h) should be treated with liquid according to the judgment of clinicians. 2. The patient had undergone hemodynamic monitoring of cardiac output index by transpulmonary thermodilution

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 18 2. Pregnancy status 3. Acute cardiogenic pulmonary edema was present or the patient did not need or did not tolerate fluid treatment as judged by the clinician 4. Skin damage in the area to be inspected
