Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Part 1 (1) Gallstone group:? From 2012 to 2022, outpatient, emergency, and inpatient patients from various municipal hospitals in Beijing?Over 60 years old ? There is a clear diagnosis of cholelithiasis with ultrasound or other imaging/surgical data. (2) None-Gallstone group:? The survey subjects were outpatient, emergency, and inpatient patients from various municipal hospitals in Beijing from 2012 to 2022 ? Over 60 years old ? There are ultrasound or other imaging/surgical data from our hospital or other hospitals that clearly indicate no gallstones and no previous history of gallstones. ?According to the "gallstone group", gender and age were matched, and 1:4 were included in the control group. Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: unexpected deaths due to other illnesses or accident.
