Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years old; ? Natural conception; ? 32 to 40 weeks of pregnancy; ? single pregnancy; ? Plan to give birth in the hospital; ? Willingness to breastfeed; ? Clear awareness, a certain degree of communication and expression skills; ? The pregnant women and their families gave informed consent and participated in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? have gestational complications or comorbidities, such as gestational diabetes mellitus, hypertension; ? There are breast-feeding related contraindications, such as hepatitis B; ? Adhere to artificial feeding
