Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy children who is going to be vaccinated in the outpatient department of the hospital; 2.age 1-6 years old; 3.Parents voluntarily take the test and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Sensory impairment, intellectual disability or developmental disability; 2.Received analgesic treatment within 24 hours before vaccination; 3.there are immune risk factors and cannot receive vaccination; 4.Parents refused to participate in the study.
