Inclusion criteria: ?Married female; ?Age =18 years old; ?Pregnancy =28 weeks; ?Conscious and able to fill out the questionnaire; ?Informed consent, voluntary participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?complications and complications during pregnancy; ? those who meet the absolute contraindications and relative contraindications to exercise during pregnancy of the U.S. Physical Activity Guidelines for Exercise during Pregnancy and the Postpartum Period 2021; ? those who have mental illnesses
