Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age= 18 years old. (2) General surgeon, 1 year= working experience= 15 years. (3) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Surgeons who are usually busy with work and are not expected to have enough time to complete this study (2) Vulnerable groups other than the staff of the research unit and the students/subordinates of the researcher, including people with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, illiterate, etc.
