Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Subjects are healthy subjectsrecruited in the cross-sectional study in the early stage of the project team; 2) Complete demographic information and biochemical examination items, mainly including gender, age, body mass index (BMI), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), blood urea nitrogen, and so on. 3) The age is 18-60 years old, and the basic information such as gender, age and BMI of men and women are neat and comparable; 4) The subjects signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Diabetes and its complications; 2) Other metabolic diseases such as metabolic syndrome; 3) Severe infectious diseases, malignant tumors and allergic history; 4) Human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome; 5) Pregnant women, cardiovascular diseases and mental diseases; 6) Serious systemic diseases and autoimmune diseases.
