Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-75 years old, gender is not limited;(2) The size of colorectal polyps was < 10mm, and the number of polyp lesions was =2;(3) Meeting the indication of endoscopic snare cold resection (CSP);(4) The Boston score of intestinal cleanliness =6 points;(5) Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Abnormal coagulation function;(2) being treated with antithrombotic drugs recently;(3) Combined with serious cardiopulmonary and other basic diseases or malignant tumors;(4) Pregnant and lactating women;(5) There were no polyps with similar lesion size and nature in the same site;(6) The research team's comprehensive judgment compliance is poor (such as the existence of mental diseases, low education level reasons can not accurately provide follow-up information;Post-operation business trip can not be reviewed on time).
