Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Premature infants with a gestational age of<33+6 weeks who were transferred to the NICU of Shanghai Children's Medical Center within 24 hours after birth from January 1, 2024 to June 31, 2025

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital developmental abnormalities, severe asphyxia, grade III or above intracranial hemorrhage, convulsions, coagulation disorders, history of sedative and analgesic drugs, mother with a history of mental illness and/or use of psychotropic drugs, and participation in other clinical studies.
