Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with hip fracture diagnosed by X-ray or CT and aged =60 years; 2) Conscious and awake, with some cognitive and textual comprehension ability, and able to clearly express their inner feelings; 3) Knowledge of the purpose of this study, signing informed consent and voluntarily participating in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Early postoperative complications of immobility; 2) Those who were uncooperative or asked to withdraw midway during the instructed activity; 3) Patients who die during hospitalization; 4) Those whose condition is more critical or whose condition may change at any time; 5) Patients who have not undergone surgical treatment.
