Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 10 and 19 years old; 2.Diagnosed as an HIV-infected individual; 3.Conscious and with normal communication abilities; 4.For adolecents, both the caregiver and the research subject must sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate; for adults, they must sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate; 5.Understand the content of this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals who are unable to take care of themselves but do not have severe mental illnesses; 2.Participants who are currently engaged in similar studies or have received similar interventions; 3.Those who voluntarily withdraw from the study during the period or cannot be contacted during the intervention period.
