Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis was in accordance with the " Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pulmonary Thromboembolism " of the Respiratory Disease Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the " Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Pulmonary Thromboembolism " of the European Society of Cardiology ( ESC ) in 2014, and was confirmed by CT pulmonary angiography ( CTPA ); 2. All hospitalized patients have the required complete test and test results ; 3.Informed consent has been signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosed with PE before admission; 2. Patients who already have PE-related symptoms at the time of admission, are suspected to be PE, and are diagnosed with PE after admission; 3. Patients with incomplete clinical data; 4. The CTPA image display is unsatisfactory and cannot confirm or exclude PE patients; 5. Liver failure, kidney failure, heart failure, etc.
