VR-CBT Intervention Group:Virtual reality-assisted cognitive behavioral therapy (VR-CBT) and routine in-hospital training.
VR-CBT Control Group:Only routine training within the facility is accepted
no other handling is accepted.
VR Biofeedback Intervention Group:Biofeedback training in virtual reality scenarios and routine in-house training
VR Return Therapy Intervention Group:Return therapy in virtual reality scenarios and routine in-house training
VR Control Group:Only routine training within the facility is accepted

MBRP Intervention Group:Mindfulness-based relapse prevention training and routine in-hospital training

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) VR-CBT Intervention Study 1. Age 18-35 years; 2. Meets the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for amphetamine dependence; 3. Physically healthy, with no history of head injury, central nervous system damage, or cardiovascular disease; 4. Able to fully understand the study content and participate voluntarily. (2) Virtual Reality Biofeedback Intervention Study 1. Age 18-35 years; 2. Meets the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for amphetamine dependence; 3. Physically healthy, with no history of head trauma, central nervous system damage, or cardiovascular disease; 4. Able to fully understand the study content and participate voluntarily. (3) Mindfulness Relapse Prevention Training Intervention Study 1. Age 18-35 years; 2. Meets the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for amphetamine dependence; 3. Physically healthy, with normal vision and hearing, and no serious mental illness or brain injury; 4. Has completed physiological detoxification and has not used methadone or other substitute treatment drugs; 5. Able to fully understand the study content and participate voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) VR-CBT Intervention Study 1. Concurrent abuse of other drugs; 2. History of psychiatric disorders or family history of psychiatric disorders; 3. Vision or corrected vision below 1.0, color blindness or color weakness; 4. Illiteracy. (2) Virtual Reality Biofeedback Intervention Study 1. Concurrent abuse of other drugs; 2. History of psychiatric disorders or family psychiatric history; 3. Vision or corrected vision below 1.0, color blindness or color weakness; 4. Illiteracy. (3) Mindfulness Relapse Prevention Training Intervention Study 1. Concurrent abuse of other drugs; 2. Past or current severe psychiatric disorders (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, acute psychosis, etc.); 3. Past or current serious physical illnesses or brain organic diseases that may affect cognitive function (stroke, epilepsy, etc.); 4. Previous participation in any mindfulness training or related exercises.
