60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 60 years and over. 2.Not registered in the local consensus in Shenzhen. 3.Have lived in Shenzhen for less than 36 months. 4.Can understand Mandarin and read Chinese. 5.Mentally competent with a score = cutoff score for 7th percentile in the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA). 6.Can walk independently for 10 minutes. 7.Have at least one item positive in Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS)-4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have been diagnosed with a mental illness or dementia; 2.Participated in other psychological related clinical studies; or 3.Are expected to leave Shenzhen in the following six months
