Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who meet the diagnostic standards of Western medicine and are diagnosed with ALS; ? Aged 30-85 years old; ? Complete clinical data, especially complete biochemical examination data before and after taking traditional Chinese medicine.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Cases where the diagnosis and outcome are unclear, information is missing or safety is in doubt; ?Those with incomplete medication information and clinical data; ?Patients with comorbidities such as hypertension, diabetes, and other diseases that may affect kidney function; ?Patients with a combination of acute and chronic liver and kidney function abnormalities, malignant tumours and other diseases.
