Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing esophageal iodine staining in our hospital; (2) All anesthesia methods were intravenous anesthesia; (3) Age 18-65 years old, have basic capacity for civil conduct; (4) Clear postoperative consciousness and unconsciousness disorder; (5) Body mass index (BMI)18.5-28kg/m2 (6) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I - III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a full stomach (2) Patients with neck trauma and severe cervical spondylosis (3) Patients who are allergic to iodine or general anesthetics; (4) Refuse to sign the informed consent
