Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) People aged 18-80 years old; (2) Gastric cancer was confirmed by gastroscopic biopsy before operation, and the tumor location was suitable for radical gastrectomy; (3) No distant metastasis of liver, lung, abdominal cavity, etc. was detected by imaging examination, and no tumor directly invaded pancreas and colon; (4) Postoperative pathological stages ?~?; (5) Clinicopathological data were complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with serious chronic underlying diseases (2) Combined with other malignant tumors; (3) Tumor invasion of other organs and distant metastasis, no indication of surgical treatment; (4) Patients with benign gastric tumors, gastrointestinal stromal tumors and recurrent gastric cancer. (5) Patients with serious complications of heart, lung, liver, kidney and blood before operation; (6) Palliative surgery or emergency surgery;
