Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing shoulder arthroscopic surgery in general anesthesia. 2.Age 18-80, male or female. 3. ASA grade I to III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.BMI>35 kg/m2. 2.Abnormal coagulation function. 3. Puncture site infection or ruption. 4.Local anesthetic allergy. 5. Abnormal renal and liver function. 6.Chronic use of opioids. 7. There were neurological deficits and peripheral neuropathy before operation. 8.Cognitive impairment. 9. Decline to participate in the study
