Interventions

Intervention group:Implement a remote health management program for patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease based on the knowledge-belief-intention model.
control group:Conventional intervention: Issuing health education manuals for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease currently used in hospitals, and implementing regular telephone follow-up to urge timely

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) revised in 2018, patients diagnosed with NAFLD; 2. Aged 18 years or older; 3. Assessed by the Health Behavior Capacity Scale and scored below 80% for moderate-low level of health behavior capacity; 4. No history of long-term alcohol consumption or alcohol consumption equivalent to l?ess than 140g/week for men and 70g/week for women; 5. Not receiving any medication for fatty liver disease; 6. The patient is informed and agrees to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of liver diseases (acute and chronic hepatitis, viral hepatitis, cirrhosis, autoimmune hepatitis, drug-induced hepatitis, hemochromatosis), cardiovascular diseases (coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, angina, rheumatic heart disease, cerebrovascular accidents), kidney diseases, and malignancies; 2. Those with accompanying mental illnesses; 3. Those who have undergone regular physical exams to exclude physical diseases; 4. Those with cognitive impairment.
