Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Meets PHQ-9 and or GAD-7 =5 for baseline measurements 2: Informed consent was given

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Presence of suicidal thoughts in entry 9 of the PHQ-9 on any of the psychometric measures 2: Persons with cognitive impairment, impaired consciousness, intellectual disability and inability to communicate 3: Severe cerebral and somatic disorders and psychoactive substance abuse 4: Persons currently suffering from a mental disorder or being treated with antipsychotic medication for a mental disorder 5: Women during pregnancy or within 3 months after delivery.
